G3 Virtual Fax provides you with the ability to send and receive faxes from your email account ensuring that you never miss a fax. Additionally you can store the files electronically and share with others via email.
Can I receive and send faxes from a web portal?
Virtual Fax is accessible via a secure password protected web portal.
How long will the faxes I receive be stored?
You can store your faxes on your computer hard drive or on our system. Faxes will be stored for an unlimited amount of time, for up to 200 faxes.
Can I receive phone calls on my G3 Virtual Fax line?
You can upgrade your service to the G3 Office and receive both fax and voice calls.
Can I send faxes to multiple people?
Yes, you can add multiple phone numbers in the send line of your email or create a group in your email list.
