What is G3 Mobile Office?
G3 Mobile office is a virtual PBX system that allows you to manage how you receive your incoming calls. When you sign up G3 will assign you a local or toll free number or port your existing number to the service. Your calls can be routed to different numbers of your choice, whether it is your office extension, home phone or mobile. You will mange your calls through your personal online portal. You will be able to view the calls that you made or missed in addition to sending calls to your email account.
Can I receive my voice mail and faxes in my email account?
G3 Mobile Office allows you to have your voice mail and faxes directed to your email account, giving you full control of your inbound messages.
Can I have custom greetings?
Yes, G3 Mobile Office allows you to create your own greetings through your online account. As well, you can arrange to have greeting professionally recorded and uploaded in to your account.
Can I customize my music on hold?
Yes, G3 provides stock music on hold, however you can upload music of your choice in a WAV or MP3 format.

How long does it take to set up my G3 Mobile Office account?
Your G3 Mobile Office account can be immediately activated after you sign up.
Will I be able to keep my telephone numbers if I cancel my G3 Mobile Office?
You will be able to transfer any local or toll free numbers to an alternate supplier if you choose to cancel your G3 Mobile Office service. Numbers will be transferred without delay if the account is current.
Do I need any special equipment or phones lines for G3 Mobile Office?
You do not require any additional equipment to use the service. You can answer your incoming calls from any phone or mobile phone.
How much does G3 Mobile Office charge per minute of call?
G3 Mobile Office bills for its service in 6 second increments for both voice and fax calls within Canada and US that are above the included minutes. Faxes take an average of one minute for each page. International calls are charged at our competitive long distance rates with a minimum of 30 seconds and then 6 second increments.
